Proton Licenses Data Destruction Products

Proton Data Security, LLC is a minority owned, small business incorporated in July 2007 to manufacture and sell secure data destruction magnetic and optical media products (hard drives, tape, disc magnetic media and CD/DVD optical media). The company has an exclusive license with Proton Engineering, Inc. to manufacture and sell its line of patented data destruction products. Proton Engineering, Inc. has been in the data destruction business since 1987 and has worked closely with the NSA in developing products. Five existing products are on the NSA and DoD approved list. Proton Engineering will continue Research & Development for new data destruction products which will fall under the existing license with Proton Data Security.
